The Knicks forward has been their best player so far this season and he has been on fire as of late. He’s dropped 58 points the last two games is averaging 23.1 points a game this season. The Kentucky product has at least eight FT attempts in those two games and is shooting 77.8% from the charity stripe this year.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander LESS THAN 21.5 POINTS
Tom Thibodeau has improved the Knicks defense and they’re third in the league in points allowed (104.5). Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will be the focus of the New York’s D in this matchup. SGA is averaging 19.0 points and has only scored more than 21.5 points in one game this season.
“Mr. Bet on Yourself” Fred Van Vleet will have a big game against the Kings. He’s producing 25 points per game in the last four contests. FVV has hit at least two threes in every game this season and is 39.1% from deep. The Raptors need a W and the Wichita State product should light up the Kings defence.
Buddy Hield MORE THAN 18.5 POINTS
The Raptors’ perimeter defense has been lackluster this season and Buddy Hield should take advantage of that. He has hit three or more 3s in six games this year and is 34.6% from the land beyond. Toronto is allowing 13.4 threes a game so the Kings well be looking to get Hield touches early and often.
Serge Ibaka had a great game against the Warriors last game and that should continue. Golden State shoots a ton of threes and it gives Ibaka many opportunities to collect rebounds. He tallied 14 rebounds against last game is averaging 7.0 rebounds a contest. Ibaka has recorded more than 7.5 rebounds a game in four games this season.
Draymond Green MORE THAN 6.5 ASSISTS
The Warriors point-forward is the quarterback for this team. He's collected 19 dimes in the last three contests and is always looking to find shooters like Steph Curry. Green also has many opportunities for easy assists whether it be on the fast break or lobs to James Weisman.
